As of today the Geodysseo is a Go! 

After five years of preparation and one year of negotiation with various partners, all parameters are now "good to go" for a departure from Los Angeles on early May 2004, with a return to the same city a year later. Please refer to the latest global schedule for more details. 

Final preparation will happen over the next months until the end of April 2004. More partners still need to be found (Read more about Sponsorship), and public relation coordination with Plan International is also planned.
